Become our new BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR:
Rooftops Nursery School, Richmond are on the hunt for an enthusiastic Business Administrator, to join our expanding team.
You must be confident and enthusiastic when dealing with children, have excellent organisation skills, a willingness to learn and a pro-active attitude towards designated tasks.
Responsibilities & key skills required:
- Office administration including maintaining records, filing and procedures in compliance with the in-house systems
- Responding to queries via phone and email
- Dealing with parent enquiries
- Ordering stock/food
- Reconciling parent payments
- Chasing forms and new registrations
- Parent communications
- Support Nursery Manager with admin and other tasks
- A good level of education, including GCSE Maths and English
- IT Literate with good use of computer systems; Excel, Word
- Willing to work hard with a confident and outgoing personality
- The ability to be flexible and adaptable
- A keen interest in early years education
- A willingness to learn
